Privacy Statement



  • This Privacy Statement covers the means of collecting, usage, sharing and protection of nonpublic personal and financial information collected by NICe360 from you in the course of providing products and services.
  • NICe360 will not sell or license information about you to third parties or sell customer lists or customer e-mail addresses to third-party marketers for any purpose without your consent. If you consent to such disclosure, the information shared will be limited to that stated in our request for your consent.
  • We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to any nonaffiliated third parties, except as described below.


  • We collect the following types of information when you apply to, open, or maintain an account with us, or apply for a financial product or service (such as a loan), Information you provide online and on applications or other forms, or through discussions we have with you or your representatives, such as:


1.       Your name, address, National Identification number, date of birth, employment information, investment experience, risk tolerance and any other information about your personal goals or objectives.

2.       Information about your transactions with or through us, such as your account balance, trading activity, loan amount, and payment history, if applicable.

3.       Information about you from consumer-reporting agencies.



  • We may disclose nonpublic personal information we collect, primarily to make available to you the financial products and services that we and our business partners provide.
  • We will not disclose the information we maintain unless required to do so by law, in response to a law enforcement agency's request, or in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property.
  • You should also be aware that courts of equity, such as U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, might have the authority under certain circumstances to permit personal information to be shared or transferred to third parties without permission.
  • We may share aggregate information, which is not personally identifiable, with others.
  • We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law or to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities.
  • We may disclose nonpublic personal information among the following, however, we prohibit them from using or disclosing your information except for the limited purpose and to the persons for whom disclosure was intended, or as otherwise permitted by law.

1.       our parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, entities into which our company may be merged or to which any of our assets, products, sites or operations may be transferred,

2.       our employees authorized via valid user names and passwords

3.       nonaffiliated third parties who provide or act as our agents in providing our product(s)/service(s), and

4.       to other financial services providers with which we have joint marketing agreements or that offer financial products and services with us or on our behalf



  • You may elect to opt-out of our sharing nonpublic personal information about you in certain circumstances with affiliated and nonaffiliated companies; that is, you may direct us to not make such disclosures. If in the future we desire to disclose your information in a way that is inconsistent with this policy, we will notify you in advance and provide you with the opportunity to opt-out of such disclosure.



  • We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that meet industry standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. We protect your account information by placing it on the secure portion of our Web site, using firewalls and other security technology to protect our network and systems from external attacks, and requiring you to enter a unique user name and password to access your account information online. Also, our servers have been enabled with firewalls and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing the nonpublic personal information that you provide or access during a secure session (look for the padlock icon on your browser).
  • In addition, if you access information online, we use digital certificate services to authenticate that you are transacting with our Web site.
  • Our employees (for example, customer service and compliance personnel) and third party service providers have access to your nonpublic personal information only on a "need to know" basis. We conduct regular internal audits of our business practices and procedures, examining confidentiality standards and information access in order to protect your personal information.


  • "Cookies" are small amounts of data that a Web site can send to your web browser and store on your computer. Cookies do not contain personal information about you (unless you knowingly provide it). Cookies can note that your browser was used to visit certain sites, pages, or advertisements on a certain date.

  • We take measures to ensure that customers' nonpublic personal information is accurate and up-to-date. You can also update certain nonpublic personal information that we collect about you.
  • To update your personal information, you may call or write to us at the addresses or phone numbers provided on the NICe360 Website, for the respective business lines. You may also log on to NICe360 Web site using your user name and password.



  • Our customers are given the opportunity to choose whether to receive promotional information from us. Customers also can go to our web site at any time, to remove their contact information from our email marketing lists or find directions to change other preferences. Please note that we will endeavor to implement your preference requests within a reasonable time, although for a time you may continue to receive mailings, etc., while we process your request. In addition, please note that even after such request is implemented, you will continue to receive account or subscription information directly related to the product or service for which you registered (or which you otherwise agreed to receive).
